Article Submissions

The Editorial Board of the Review of Banking & Financial Law invites submission of articles for publication on a rolling basis. If you would like to publish, please notify us of your interest and topic. The Review is the premiere forum for scholarship examining the laws that shape corporate, financial, and business activity. If you are currently working on a draft of an article that could appear in a future volume, then we would be very happy to discuss it with you and provide any assistance necessary to develop it for publication.

The Review accepts submissions year-round on a rolling basis, with a Fall Issue and a Spring Issue. We welcome submissions from legal scholars and practitioners, although we do not publish articles from current law students.
