The Review is one of the country’s leading scholarly corporate, banking, and financial law journals. Based at Boston University School of Law and edited by law students, the Review maintains an affiliation with the Graduate Program in Banking and Financial Law and publishes articles written by professors and other professionals, as well as student notes and comments. The scope of the Review is broad, encompassing corporate, financial, regulatory, and business law issues across a wide range of industries and markets.
We welcome scholarly work that explores the legal principles shaping economic activity, institutions, and the evolving relationship between law and markets, including examinations of how these frameworks affect corporate governance, securities regulation, financial systems, and economic equity.
